I have examined the accompanying Ordinance entitled

"An Ordinance to establish Limited Partnerships."

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions,

The object of this measure is to introduce into this Colony,

with the necessary local modifications, the provisions of the Limited

Partnerships Act 1907. It has no application to Chinese Partnerships

which are regulated by the Chinese Partnerships Ordinance of last year-

No.53 of 1911.
